The eighth Canadian Winter School (and first on Medical Imaging) will take place at the beautiful Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello in Quebec from February 2nd to 5th, 2017. The multi-professional organizing committee (see below) has been busy planning the event and it’s now starting to take shape.

Although the final format and curriculum of the 2017 Imaging Winter School have yet to be solidified, the organizing committee are drafting a schedule that incorporates faculty lectures, workshops led by faculty members, and delegate-presented project galleries.

11 October, 2016: Abstract submission for project gallery presentations opens
18 November, 2016 at 5 pm EDT: Abstract submission deadline ends
Mid December 2016: Abstract review completed
21 December 2016: Early-bird registration deadline
7 January 2017: Deadline for negotiated hotel rate
2 February, 2017: Winter School begins
